Consumers should rule their data, says Zillion TV

Like other pioneers of targeted advertising, fledgling US IPTV operator Zillion TV has to struggle with the shifting sands of consumer privacy legislation. “The rules change on a daily basis,” bemoaned Zillion’s CTO Mike Catalano. “The situation is being discussed in at least two congressional bodies, the Senate and House of Representatives.”
